The applicant is seeking a Coastal Administrative Permit for construction of a new 17,342 square foot golf course equipment maintenance facility including a fueling island, a 1,000 gallon fuel storage tank and a chemical storage facility within the building, grading consisting of approximately 23,000 cubic yards of cut and 100 cubic yards of fill, and retaining walls. The project parcel is located at 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, between Whitman Lane and Carmel Way in the Del Monte Forest Coastal Zone Area.
