Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#EPIMS-SDO-15285-R5) to the project applicant, Barbara Malone, HVR Poway, LP. Project activities include deposition of fill into the northern arm of an existing artificial agricultural pond, a portion of one artificial agricultural drainage channel into the pond, and ephemeral drainage channels, and improvements to an existing road across the tributary in order to accommodate construction of a 41-lot master-planned neighborhood on a development footprint of approximately 58 acres on an approximately 420-acre active agricultural site. The project does not alter the existing drainage pattern of flow from upslope to the south and east into the tributary, and then into Sycamore Creek.
