Expand existing 20,480 square foot winery to include new 6,540 square foot bottling building, 10,755 square foot winery expansion, and 6,820 square foot hospitality center (tasting room, etc) for a total facility square footage of 44,595. Project would also include increasing wine production from 60,000 cases to 100,000 cases per year. In addition, the winery would host 12 special events per year with up to 200 guests per event.
