Document Description
The proposed project is an open space easement encroachment to allow installation of a 100-foot permanent fuel modification zone. The fuel modification zone will have two zones. Zone 1 will be 50 feet from the edge of the structure and will be cleared, planted and irrigated. Zone 2 will consist of a second fifty feet will be selectively cleared.
