The proposed project will be a much needed addition to the wildlife viewing area, as it is frequented many times each day by tourists as well as the residents of the City of Alturas and the surrounding area, who wish to enjoy the scenery and to observe the abundant wildlife that inhabit the area in around the wildlife viewing area. The project will not create the need for additional services. The project will not affect or alter the environment in any way.
