Document Description
The Modoc County Department of Public Works is requesting state funding in order to repair/rehabilitate a community center located in the township of Adin California. The purpose of the proposed rehabilitation project is to repair and/or replace sections of the community center facility that have suffered extensive termite and weather damage over time. The proejct is also necessary to avoid a potential tear-down and re-build of the community center at a later date due to continued damage to the structure caused by termites and foul weather conditions.
