Document Description
Project is to stabilize the stream bank and enhance fish habitat along an approximate 1 (one) mile reach of Goodrich Creek (Phase 1, Upper Meadow Reach only) in Lassen County, for erosion and sedimentation control and enhancement of aquatic and riparian habitat. Gravity rock structures, log bank enhancements and anchored root wads will be used. No heavy equipment will be operated in the live stream channel. No mature trees will be removed. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
