Document Description
The petition requests that CCSD be allowed to add an additional point of diversion (offset well) on Santa Rosa Creek. The California Regional Water Quality Board has issued a Clean Up and Abatement Order 00-28 requiring the responsible parties to identify and clean up the MTBE contaminated area. Additionally, the parties are required to provide an alternative water supply for impacted CCSD wells SR1 and SR3, until the MTBE plume has been remediated.
