This application is to bank Interchangeable Emission Reduction Credits (IERCs) generated by emission reductions that occured at Electric Generation Boilers S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6, and S-7 at the Hunters Point Power Plant. These IERCs are approved for banking in accordance with Bay Area Air Quality Management District Regulation 2, Rule 9, Interchangeable Emission Reduction Credits. These IERCs may only be used in accordance with restrictions set forth in Regulation 2, Rule 9.
