Document Description
Project consists of the installation of a utility pole on the south side of of the SDG & E Narrows Substation. The hole will be approximately 2 feet across and 9 feet deep, located approximately 3 feet from the fence. The hole will be hand dug with no vehicle used to excavate the hole. The placement of the pole will be accomplished using machines within the substation.
