Acquire fee title of 1351 North State, and non-exclusive easement over 1401 North State, to demolish the existing building and sign, and to construct a Transit Center. The Transit Center will consolidate the pickup and drop off locations for public and private ground transportation providers serving Ukiah for the benefit of the customers of those providers.
