Reasons for Exemption
In accordance with Section 15305 of the CEQA guidelines, an exemption is allowed for minor alterations in land use limitations. The proposed project consists of the purchase of two parcels for a future governmental use. The purchase of the property will not change the existing uses or the setting of the property. The only change is the ownership.
