Project consists of minor alterations to an existing public structure, resulting in negligible expansion of use beyond current levels and construction of a new small facility (access trail and parking space). All work impacting the historic fabric or importance of the structure and its surroundings shall adhere to these restrictions and the requirements set forth by the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer.
