Document Description
Install two culverts across Hazard Canyon Road in Montana de Oro State Park, to provide adequate drainage and project road from erosion. The single existing culvert will be replaced. Culverts will consist of a concrete drop inlet box and 15" HDPE pipe buried in roadway. Roadway will be excavated for drop inlets and pipe, then backfilled and finished with 6" of Class II AB, compacted to 90% over trenches. Culvert extension will be placed at ground level; RSP fabric will be installed beneath 12" of rock (2-4 inches in diameter) beneath outflow (fabric will not be visible). Road's inboard drainage swale will be regraded to remove rock and debris.
