Document Description
Removal of debris and restoration of reach of Arroyo Conejo near Hill Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant. Debris of unknown origin has accumulated in the stream over a number of years. Debris includes pieces of concrete and remnants of large-diameter pipe. The creek will not be diverted or dewatered during debris removal. Limited vegetation removal is necessary to position removal equipment. The removal, where necessary, will be restricted to non-native species only. Small increases in turbidity imnmediately downstream of the project are expected for short-term only. The City will monitor restoration activities and document stream conditions before, during, and after the project.
