Trench 60 feet across Rancheria Creek parallel to Sierra Lakes Drive, downstream of the washed out bridge, within the proposed 60-foot Madera County road easement. Anchor down two 2-inch PVC conduits with minimum 3/4-inch rebar and cap with concrete during the fall when the creek is dry.
