Removal of up to 3,600 cubic yards of gravel and sediment in the upper reaches of an irrigation pond which flows into the creek. The area to be removed is approximately 15 yards wide by 120 yards long and 2 yards deep. The material will be distributed along the roads outside of the project site. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0730 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
