HHWVAR010805 - Variance to Imperial Valley Waste Management Task Force from Health and Safety Code, Section 25160 requirements. This variance will allow the Imperial Valley Waste Management Task Force to collect non-Resource Conservation Recovery Act (non-RCRA) and RCRA exempt emergency response and abandoned wastes, some that has been previously collected by other public agencies, and transport by registered hauler to the permit-by rule Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection facility for further management.

1.
