Document Description
The purpose of this project is to realign portions of the East and North Sanitary Trunkline Sewers out of private property and into the public right of way where they can be readily accessed and maintained. In addition, the trunkline sewers are over 40 years old and are in need of rehabilitation or replacement. The East Trunkline will be realigned on East Jack London Boulevard between Murrietta Boulevard and Kitty Hawk Road. The North Trunkline will be relocated along the Stealth Street recreation trail. The existing East Trunkline between Murrietta Boulevard and Stealth Street and Boeing Court and Kitty Hawk will be sliplined with a 12-inch pipeline to provide local collection. Portions of the East and North Trunklines will be filled with grout and abandoned.
