Document Description
Replacement of existing surface parking lot at Golden Gate & Larkin with a 7-level parking structure for approximately 885 vehicles, with ground-floor retail use, 2 levels of below grade parking and basement level storage. The project also includes upgrades to student housing facility at 100 McAllister Street, including fire/life safety, Phase 1 seismic, and an expansion of residential capacity by 80 student units. The project will be financed by a bond issued by Hastings for an amount not to exceed $39 million payable from all legally available funds.
