Document Description
The proposed project has two elements: 1) replacement of a 175-space surface parking lot with a parking structure for approximately 870 vehicles at the southeast corner of Golden Gate Avenue and Larkin Street, with ground floor retail uses, and basement storage uses, and 2) upgrade of the Hastings residential building at 100 McAllister Street at Larkin Street, including fire/life-safety, seismic, and residential capacity improvements. Residential units would increase by 80 students units, from 252 to 332 units through subdivision of existing units and commercial space to residential use.
