Document Description
The California Departmen of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-469-99 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. David Croft DBA Rawhide Mine. Use of heavy equipment and suction dredge for mining of less than 1,000 cubic yards. Habitat restoration and site replacement activities are specified in monitoring program in streambed alteration agreement. Items 37-42 constitute monitoring program adopted for project as condition of approval.
