Document Description
The proposed project consists of grading and minor drainage improvements on a gently undulating parcel of land. The proposed grading will allow for future use as a storage parking lot for an auto auction. The drainage improvements consist of construction and placement of a 36-inch drain pipe running east to west through the center of the property, connecting to an existing 36-inch culvert that passes under the railroad. Drain inlets and V-ditches will be constructed in locations that drain to the 36-inch main line. Additional drainage is proposed to the north using a 10-foot wide concrete v-gutter, allowing for overland release.
