Document Description
The Central Larkspur Specific Plan is a comprehensive plan for the development in the project area. It addresses the distribution, location and intensity of land uses, the location and capacity of major infrastructure systems, standards and criteria for development and utilization of natural resources and implementation measures. The Specific Plan envisions mixed use, residential development and public parking in the western one-third of the Specific Plan area fronting on Magnolia Avenue, and the development of approximatley 85 residential units on the eastern two-thirds of the Specific Plan area.
