NCMWC has petitioned to add the LNWI to the place of use and add industrial use at the LNWI location (the permit currently authorizes industrial use, but only at one location) to Permit 19400 and License 1050. The NCMWC proposes to deliver 23.2 cubic feet per second, with an annual limit of 644 acre-feet (af), for flushing of the LNWI. The regular flushing schedule would use approximately 18.4 af of water or 46 af of water to flush the entire system every other Tuesday from October 1 to April 1 of the succeeding year under Permit 19400 and from April 1 to October 1 under License 1050.
