Document Description
The proposed project is a new Solano County Government Center within the existing County government campus in Fairfield. The project will include a new Administration Building of approximately 300,000 square feet, a new Probation Department Building of approximately 45,000 square feet, and a new parking structure with approximately 1,000 parking spaces. It will also include additional surface parking with approximately 100 spaces, a public plaza with water feature, a public courtyard with water feature, and associated landscaping and hardscape improvements.
