The Project involves a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, Rezoning, and other necessary permits (i.e., subdivision maps, development agreement) to support the development of 577 units, a town center with residential and neighbrhood commercial uses, a hotel site, a fire station site, parks, open space and trails. The land use concept has been developed around 15 Planning Areas. Residential lots will range in size from 4,000 square feet to maximum of 12,000 sf.
