Document Description
The project is a 301,144 square foot three story general office building with 1,434 parking spaces for the Sonoma County Human Services, Family Support, and Health Services Departments with an estimated 531 visitors per day. A portion of the parking will be located in a 335,277 square foot parking structure. User groups and services include administration and fiscal; adult and aging; economic assistance; employment and training; family, youth, and children; information systems; support services; legal; accounting; case management; women, infants, and children's health service; public health clinic; public health laboratory; mental health; and HIV center.
