Document Description
The City will replace and widen (proposed action) the Cypress Avenue Bridge over the Sacramento River. The new bridge will have four new piers and be constructed in three stages. The number of traffic lanes will increase from four to six lanes in addition to bicycle lanes and sidewalks in each direction. Aesthetic treatments will be added, such as open railings, decorative lighting, river overlooks, and artwork.
