Document Description
The City of Redding proposes to widen Cypress Avenue at its crossing of the Sacramento River in Redding, Ca. It is planned to widen and rehabilitate the existing bridge structures to increase the number of traffic lanes from four to six (three in each direction) and to provide bicycle lanes and sidewalks in both directions.
