Document Description
This EIR addresses the San Francisco Water Transit Authority's Plan to improve and expand water transit service. This EIR analyzes the impact of four project alternatives; the No Project alternative and three alternative variations proposing expanded water transit service on the San Francisco Bay. Forty-four existing and potential terminal sites and routes are considered. Conceptual terminal, passenger service, and new vessel technology are discussed and evaluated.
