Document Description
This amendment would modify the permissible use matrix for the Bijou District of the Bijou/A1 Tahoe Community Plan. In addition to the permissible uses already in the district, Timeshare - Residential Design would be permissible on certain parcels within the Bijou District, as a special use, at a density of up to 15 units per acre. Any project level timeshare application must provide the CSLT with an analysis of housing impacts and financial impacts and mitigate any adverse effects.
