The Revised Notice of Preparation, circulated in April 2002, described a project having the following components: an Administration Office Relocation/Landfill Expansion Component; a Landfill Gas Pipeline Component, and a Reclaimed Water Supply Pipeline Component. Since this notice, the project has been revised to delete the Reclaimed Water Suply Component, delete one of the alternative administration building locations, and add a new, preferred alternative building location.
