The Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works-Integrated Waste Division is proposing three projects at the Central Disposal Site, as follows: construction of a new administration building and the extension of the existing East Canyon Landfill Expansion into the area of the existing administration building; construction of a leachate pipeline from the landfill to the Santa Rosa Subregional Wastewater Treatment Plant on Llano Road for treatment; and construction of a landfill gas pipeline from the landfill to the Sonoma County Transit facility on West Robles Avenue in Santa Rosa.
