Document Description
The 1.27-acre project will involve the construction of improvements to house an automotive fuel retailer/convenience store, fast-food restaurant, and an automated car wash. The preparation for the development of the 1.27-acre site will consist of grading and the installation of utility line connections. Four underground fuel-storage tanks will be installed to serve the new fuel retailing area consisting of 6 fuel pumps with 12 fueling stations. A convenience store consisting of approximately 1,505 square feet will be constructed. A fast-food restaurant consisting of approximately 3,198 square feet, containing a drive thru window, kitchen, food preparation area, counter, and seating for 80 persons, will be constructed. A fully automated carwash bay, including a drive-thru lane, consisting of approximately 900 square feet, will be constructed. The remainder of the site will be improved with parking, maneuvering areas, and landscaping.
