Document Description
The project is a joint redevelopment plan with the City of Montclair and the County of San Bernardino. The project area includes property in both the City and County and totals approximately 406.6 acres with 102.9 acres in the City of Montclair and 301.7 acres in the County of San Bernardino. The Montclair Redevelopment Agency and the County can collect tax increment from the project area for 45 years. The plan also includes debt limits, tax increment limits and public improvement projects.
