The proposed project is for the Paramount Petroleum Refinery 7.5 megawatt (MW) Cogeneration Plant Project, which will allow Paramount to produce 7.5 MW of electricity and steam at its refinery. The Project includes a 7.5 MW gas turbine, a selective catalytic reduction air pollution control system, aqueous ammonia storage and transfer equipment, and modifications of permit conditions for three existing boilers at the Refinery that currently produce steam.
