Restoration of existing AC Paved North Beach Parking Lot/Campground. Project will upgrade existing camping area with installation of 11 beach campsites (1 ADA) and beach access ramps; upgrade current camp host site; upgrade existing picnic area; construct four rinse-off showers; install 3" waterline; import sand to improve slope from parking lot to beach; remove existing minor concrete islands and new concrete islands, install new concrete curb, gutter and storm drain improvements to intercept and filter runoff; repair and restripe parking area to meet ADA specs, construct concrete barriers for trash dumpsters and chemical toilets in day use parking areas, and install miscellaneous trash dumpsters and portable lifeguard towers.
