Document Description
The project proposes the subdivision of a 9.02-acre parcel into three parcels ranging from 2.2 net acres to 2.92 net acres within the Fallbrook Community Plan. Access will be from Wilt Road (parcel 3) and Canonita Road (parcels 1 and 2). Water will be obtained from the Rainbow Municipal Water District, sewage disposal will be through individual on-site septic systems, and fire protection from the North County Fire Protection District.
