A proposed amendment of the area Specific Plan for approximately 50 acres located on the south side of the west Cleveland Avenue just west of Westberry Boulevard (Road 24.5). The amendment proposes to revise the current land use designation to PD 8000, Planned Development zone. The present zoning on the property could potentially result in construction of 136 single homes with standard single-family development, while with the proposed amendments 204 homes could be constructed, an increase of 68 homes.
