A proposed amendment of the general plan for approximately 77 acres located on the north side of West Cleveland Avenue between the Westberry Boulevard (Road 24 1/2) alignment and the road 24 alignment. The amendment proposes to revise the current open space designation to industrial (47 acres) and low density residential (30 acres). Specific Plan No. 1 will also be amended with designations of industrial and PD 8,000, planned development zone (30 acres) requested. A rezoning of the property is also proposed with zoning classifications of I, Industrial, and PD 8,000, planned development zone, requested.
