Document Description
The project consists of constructing a retaining wall and regrading the area adjacent to it. The retaining wall will be constructed along an east-facing slope located upstream and adjacent to the debris dam. The retaining wall will be approximately 300-feet-long extending upstream from the end of the existing spillway wall, and vary in height from 5 feet to 19 feet above the finished basin floor elevation.
