Document Description
Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) proposes to acquire the 27 parcels comprising the project site. The proposed project would include the demolition of existing uses and construction of a new elementary school with 23 general education classrooms and three kindergarten classrooms with other appurtenant facilities totaling 50,444 square feet. A subterranean parking garage totaling approximately 61 parking stalls would also be constructed beneath the footprint of the main building of the proposed elementary school.
