Document Description
The project is a subdivision that would allow the development of 18 single-family custom homes on lots ranging from 2 to 4 acres. This project would also require the development of private roads to serve the residences. Primary access would be provided via an existing 60 foot wide private road easement (unimproved) off Tompau Place. A secondary (emergency) access is proposed connecting to Tompau Place on the northwest corner of the site. These two access points off Tompau Place would connect with two proposed roads within the site.
