Document Description
The Applicant proposes to develop a 187,500 square foot mixed use commercial residential project, including approximately 35,000 square feet of commercial space and 152,500 square feet of residential space. The existing House of Blues (HOB) restaurant and club will remain on the site. However, all other structures and parking areas on the site will be demolished. A phased construction plan is proposed which will allow continued and uninterrupted operation of the HOB venue during construction. The HOB restaurant/club venue is an existing use and is not a part of the proposed project.
