Document Description
The proposed project will construct approximately 90,000 assignable square feet (152,000 gross square feet) to provide general assignment classrooms, class laboratories, research laboratories and support space, academic offices, shared scholarly activity space, and departmental offices for the departments of Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering within the Bourns College of Engineering. The project is a four-story structure located on the south of North Campus Drive and east of Bourns Hall on the Existing Parking Lot 16. Project implementation also includes site preparation, on-site utility work and exterior landscaping and lighting.
