Document Description
Remove and replace existing pavement on 3.8 miles of De Portola Road in two segments: 1) from Anza Road to Pauba Road, and 2) from Glen Oaks Road to 0.2 miles southerly of Monte De Oro. No widening for additional lanes is proposed. Drainage improvements consist of upgrading culverts at two locations and installing new culverts at two locations. The new culverts installation require the road to be raised by approximately 3 feet resulting in a new 6 foot embankments. The new embankments will be contained within existing shoulder. To reduce pavement damage caused by high ground water, geotextile fabric will be installed under the subgrade from Glen Oaks Road 400 feet southerly.
