A General Plan Amendment (GPA) from the County's existing Mineral and Petroleum (8.4) Land Use Element designation to the City's Land Use Element designation of Low Density Residential and a Zone Change to pre-zone the property from the existing County classification of E-20 (Estate Residential, 20-Acre minimum) and NR-20 (Natural Resources, 20-Acre minimum) to R-1 (Single-Family Residential Zone) and Open Space (OS) are also proposed.
