Document Description
The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) will enter into a cooperative agreement with the Jurupa Unified School District (JUSD) to construct the Jurupa-Pyrite MDP Line C Storm Drain. The Riverside County Planning Department has the land use authority and has approved the associated development (JUSD High School No. 3). JUSD is the lead agency for the construction of the storm drain and its associated development. The District is a CEQA responsible agency and will be funding a portion of the construction of the storm drain.
