City Council approval authorizing the City Manager to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor of the San Diego Unified School District for the sale of a parcel (approximately 5,000 sf) to facilitate the construction of the new Mead Elementary School. Environmental Impact Report for the Proposed Construction and Expansion of Mead Elementary School prepared by the San Diego Unified School District dated January 2003 and Addendum dated May 27, 2003 was prepared for the above project covering this activity.
